Some stuff comes with the choice of features on the sticker. Reliability is also in question. Maybe go with other stuff.
Not sure on them newer trucks, but you might have to access the BLIS system and turn it on. Maybe ask the dealership 1st, if it is an option on your truck.
No, the cost would be astronomical. New LED taillights with sensors, new door mirrors, a new wiring harness to connect it, plus the programming to make it all work. If you had a dealer do it, it would probably be $7-8k or more. If you are that competent to do it yourself, prob still a few thousand.
Having the system myself, I pay it little attention and would rather have the blindspot mirrors. Plus the LED BLIS tail lights are a high theft item. I removed the decals from mine to make then less easy to target.
