Help! didn't label hoses before teardown

ARRGHH!
I just finished putting the intake manifold on after a rebuild. I didn't label the hoses and can't figure out a couple of things. First, what hooks up to the little pipe on the intake manifold by the #8 cylinder (It looked like it would be where the PCV hose goes, but that was hooked up to the base of the carb). And a water hose - the 'hot' hose from the heater core goes to a 'T', one side goes to the T-stat, I'm trying to figure out where the other side goes. The return heater hose line is hooked to the intake manifold.
I was looking for pix online, but couldn't find one for my engine.

Clarification on the water hose question.
From the water pump: The top hose goes to the thermostat, the bottom hose goes to a 'T'. One hose from the 'T' goes to the heater core. It's the other hose from the 'T' that I need to know where to put.
The other heater hose, from the firewall goes to the Intake Manifold.

Pre-'87 vacuum maps

You might find coolant hose routing here.

I got everything but the purge/charcoal hoses connected. I can't figure those out. Any more help available on this?

Thanks for the site steve83, I never would've guessed where the water hose plugged into, it's not in an any of my manuals. It plugged into this silver 'heat exchanger' by the EGR.
