Problems with Forscan

Problems with Forscan
Hello everyone.
Am having a issue activating my Forscan. It did it the first time and it do it again. When I get to the page to copy the ID you can see the tab not moving so I type in the ID and it keep telling me invalid ID. I keep clicking on it till they send me a note saying I must have patience but till now no answer so I can't do nothing with it.
The last I tried; it was the very same problem so this time I used a next computer but no results. I had to ask a someone who had one to come and run the scan. There is no way I can send a message, no chat, and mail.
If anyone on the forum have an idea, please, give a heads up.
