same too you buddy, have a happy holiday eat up!!! oh yea, i know i asked you about your experiance with the bfg muds, but i didnt ask how they handled in winter weather, ice, packed snow, wet roads. i really want them but im not too familier with how they will handle in those situations, and as a NY resident you know how much we need good snow tires here in the northeast. have a great day to all the FTE members and familys be safe.
Hey bigdawg, To tell you the truth, I never ran them in the winter, I always run my stockers in the snow, I feel the stockers cut the snow better and most of all, to fit in some driveways with awnings , nothing worse than ripping part of your customers house off at 4 in the morning!!
I do know, that they are a bit sketchy in the rain, and I had to adjust my driving habbits when ever the roads were slick.
Over the years, I have always had the winter wheels/tires and the summer set, our road salt would really reak havoc on the aluminum.
Wishing you and all the subscribers a happy Thanksgiving. My personal thanks to you for all the time you contribute to this site. I also want to express my appreciation to all the members for the cogent info they have supplied both directly to me and that I coincidentally picked up as I was browsing the site.
Back at you Yeti and all you Yank FTE'ers. Enjoy your holidays and be safe.
Unfortunately, I'm at work (no holiday up here) and my day will consist of catching the NFL scores on the internet and a couple of craptacular sandwiches.
