Rich smell?
I can not stand the way my truck smells. I just adjusted the timing which was not even off that much and it still has that nasty rich smell to it. What are some other things it could be?

Old gas, water in the tank, worn rings, worn valve guides/seals, wrong spark plug, weak coil, bad ignition module, bad plug wires, bad PCV valve, head gasket leak, cracked block/head, bad sensor(s), vacuum leak, bad EGR valve, fouled cats, ...
