Fummins Build

Hey everyone, I'm getting ready to start pricing out parts for the begging of my fummins build and decided to start with 4x4/axle swap. I have front and rear AAM axles out of a 2004 Dodge 2500 CCLB truck. I have done some measuring and know I will have to move the mounts to fit the narrower frame. My question is, are there any ford conversion kits out there that will make it easier to mount up these axles? The truck I have as my base is a 91 F350 2wd CCLB.TIA for any advise and direction!
