Have had all 3 options mentioned and an F150 properly equipped with an upgraded hitch and upgraded rear shocks would work but be absolutely at the limit. The trailer to haul that will be configured as conventional and weigh around 3,500 lbs empty.
A dually is fine to maneuver, I had one and live in a dense downtown urban area with skinny streets. Not optimal.
I found the best compromise to be a CCSB. I would skip the tremor package and just get 3.55 and do some 1.5” coils up front and rear blocks and 35s or 295s.
Also talking trailers, with all the weird gvwr’s the big 3 have now I am having the manufacturers tag my conventional at 10,000 and gooseneck at 12,000.
This is my 14K dump trailer I let my sister use with her 21 F150. Absolutely towed it fine but had to pay attention to load placement and not to have too much payload to keep her under a total 10K tow load. If she needed to use more than a F250 would be better, Her truck has the 5.0 and ran well.
Currently driving a Raptor and love it, but need more towing and brute capability. Considering a single rear wheel Tremor F350 Platinum, or a Dually F350 Platinum. Really love the dually capacity and look, but is it overkill? Need to tow a tractor once or twice a year, standard trailers regularly, and potentially a 5th wheel someday. Does the day-to-day pain of a Dually outweight the positives?

F350 SRW 6.7L standard output, buy it at the trim level you want and don’t look back. You’ll be happy. Drive them all, but this is the one you’ll get.
Just a thought if you are considering a fifth wheel at some point. A dually would let you pretty much get whatever fifth wheel you want. A single rear wheel would work depending on the trailer but I would only consider an F350. The highest GVWR you can get in a srw is 12,400 which is a long bed F350 diesel. That's what I got in my new Lariat and it has 4144 pound load capacity. Another thought is you mentioned a Tremor for the srw. Does the Tremor package make it sit higher? I had enough problems getting our 2020 Jayco Pinnacle to sit close to level with our prior truck, a 2020 F350 non Tremor.
I like the dually for my 5th wheel towing. Visiting downtown Estes Park or Telluride Colorado for instance is a real parking challenge. We always seem to find a way to park it though. But every day "non tourist mode" parking it's fine. Always park in the back 40 to get some steps in.
As others have mentioned it comes down to what you are willing to deal with as a daily driver if you are going to use it as one. Both are huge trucks the Dully is more challenging to live with but doable. I would suggest you look at the type, length and weight of a fifth wheel you are going to want. Pay special attention to the hitch or pin weight, that is a lot of the weight that you will transfer to the truck and will subtract from your payload. A Dully is more stable towing especially with heavy and long fifth wheels but, rides stiffer unloaded.
