Adding Overload Springs to an F250

Hello, I just added a service body to our F250 Lariat Super Duty 6.7 4 door short bed. The truck seems to handle the weight well, but the back is sagging slightly. I would like to level the truck back out.

Our truck being an F250 does not have the Overload springs and pads. I am thinking about adding these. Has anyone done this with the factory ford parts? Another option would be aftermarket add a leaf/superspring or bags, both I would like to avoid. I did swing by the dealer to look at a 350 and a 250 side by side. F350 is 4 Leaf plus overload and F250 is 3 leaf. It appears I need: Overload spring, overload spacer, overload frame contact pads/brackets, longer ubolts, longer center spring.

Thanks

Just get the camper package parts, the parts diagrams show all the parts. This is mine with about 2500 lbs 5ver pin weight, about 3 in of sag.

Thank you 7591250sd, would you be able to provide me with your spring code? It should be on your door jam sticker. I think I just need to figure out which spring code I need to order.

Thank you for pointing me in the right direction

Get a set of leafs from the junkyard and make your own add-a-leaf kit.

I used this kit on my F150. And I have installed a couple at work on F150 and F250 trucks. It's a great kit.

I think that is kinda where I am at at this point. I think I will just pull my leaf pack apart and throw an additional leaf in and a longer center pin. The U bolts look plenty long to handle an additional leaf.

Thanks
