Exhaust System for 7.3
Mine is rusting thru.
I think I will go with stainless.
Any recommendations on a good one? What about adding the banks power elbow? Anyone with experience using it?
I'm looking for more power, more mpg, and cooler sound...basically everything...if it exists.

Everything fit just fine, sounds great, reasonably easy install as I recall. (I did unbolt the transmission cross member). ...so no complaints.

Banks is over priced and the difference is negligible, if any that a 7.3 would ever notice.
I went with Walker 4" steel pipe and the Walker big truck muffler, love it, no drone in the cabin now
here in OkieLand, exhausts don't rust

I bought that Diamond Eye 4" exhaust kit last year for $400 shipped when it was on sale at ebay. Yeah it fits but a lot of screwing around to make it work. My Ex had 5" exhaust on it with a huge 4' long muffler that was rusted out so I removed all that. The straight pipe was loud so installed a Walker resonator...I should have just bought a Hypermax 4" exhaust kit with resonator to begin with.
