Hard starting
I have a 95 f150 4.9 im haveing trouble starting it when it gets warm out side and the engine is warm . out side temp cold and it starts fine all the time out side temp warm say 45 and above and engine warmed up and it starts hard it will barlly run for about 30 second as it kicks and bucks then all of a sodden it will catch and run fine with just a lil sputter for a min like one of the plugs is fould and the its fine till i shut it off and try to start it again. any help would be great

How many miles on truck? Have you tried pulling codes? Temp sensors to start with are the coolant sensor and the air temp sensor. Could be the infamous EGR problem. Bucking usually means a lean condition from what I have read from these forums.(EGR problem)

Almost sounds like the timing to me there is a old drag car trick slice in to power wire going to the distibor with a swith you turn off the swith and let the starter start turning then flip it on should start easier . might be worth tring .
