You may recall I recently replaced the small connector on my 2g ALT. My needle works really well since, before, it would bounce. I think a lot of us know, there is 3 gallons of gas left once the fuel gauge hits "E". I think mine has more, as my gauge drops from full pretty fast, then takes a while to go the last 1/3 of the tank. It's been like that forever.

Hopefully the OP while follow up later today.
