I've got sync 3.0which I did it my self now I tried to do update the system but when I do a scan on it it comes up with last scan was incomplete how long is it suppose to take also can I go up to sync 4.0 or is my system to old can I upgrade my sync 3.0 to anything bigger if so how thanks very much to any answers

I'm trying to understand what you're asking but having a hard time putting it together.
You have Sync 3 and want to update? There is a Sync update website that will tell you if any updates are available based on your VIN. Through Ford you can only do 3.0 updates.
