Display is too Dark

Display is too Dark
I have a 2022 F250 SD Crew Lariat, with the large screen Navigation on the main and radio on the right.
I run with lights on because I don't want to be a hood ornament, anyway.
The screen is dark, I have the display on daylight and as bright as the slide goes.
Ford cannot figure out why it does not get brighter.
Other than tinting the side windows more, does anyone have a fix to make the screen brighter?
One that just started is when the F250 is off for around an hour or so, when you start it up again on the right side that was the radio is now on climate, Ford Dealer doesn't know why either.
Any ideas, on both?
