OTC makes a big *** one, I use it to tune carb vehicles and EFI with no O2 feedback. Always gets me super close for AFR.

I am sure VDO, Autometer, etc make one that can be mounted permanently if you want that.

I drove my 5spd 460 coast to coast and got 12.6MPG.

I was happy with that tbh.
