Battleborn SD booster install question
For those that have used this kit, what are you using as a grommet around the booster pushrod through the firewall? Trying to install this on my brothers '78 F250.

Just posted about this myself the other day. There was a plastic sleeve from the factory that was packed with foam that served as the original seal. It’s virtually impossible to get a hold of now. Most guys, including Jacob from BBB who I consulted, don’t use anything. I don’t like that idea. There are very few grommets available that will suit your needs. If you want to experiment with one that you can find online it will cost you at least $25. Not much money, but I’m beyond tired of ordering stuff that doesn’t work and returning the parts. I went to the Ace Hardware and got a 3.5” fender washer that I trimmed to shape and secured with a bolt and The Right Stuff. Problem solved.
