flowmaster sound question
my friend bought a 78 blazer with a 400 in it. it had true duals on it with flowmasters but did not sound anything like flows. it sounded crappy, like a big exhaust leak. or glasspacks that were way to long. he got a totally new system on it and gave the flows to me. he also found the old reciept for the flows that dated back to 1995. i slipped them on to my 302 and it sounds awsome. i now have them on my 91 5.0 t bird. they sound great on acceleration and at cruise. i think they are 50 series since they are not to loud on my othe 302 which has no cats. why did they sound so bad on the chevy 400?
naw, maybe the engine was running bad, that always makes flows sound farty.
