Question 2v or 3v 2008 E 150
I'm getting ready to change the plugs on my 2008 E150 with the 4.6L engine. From various videos it looks like there's a significant difficulty changing the 3V plugs. How do I tell if I have the 2v or the 3V engine?

No 3V motor was ever installed in a van.
