Towing 5th wheel with 6.2, 10 speed, 3.73 gears.

Has anyone here tried pulling a 11-12k fifth wheel with the 6.2 and the 10 speed? I have a 2023 Crusader 33bh; 38 feet in length. There are so many super clean 6.2 rigs with 3.73's with 20-40k miles in my area/state I'm considering going down that route. What do those of you with that set up think of the truck and it's towing performance?

I pull 6-7000 lbs on a tongue pull trailer with a 21 F350 SRW in hilly WV, ample power for me. Get around 8-10 mpg. Not sure if that helps. The 10spd makes it nice.
