97 psd problem?
my '97 psd wont start when cold out without plugging it in.it dies every once in a while just putting it in gear and it's been surging while driving down the road, it does this every once in a while.
i've replaced the glow plug relay and cps on it last winter. if anyone could give me any ideas. thanks

When the truck nearly dies, is it only when the engine is cold, or does it do it when warmed up?
The fact that you're truck won't start unless it's been warmed up, and since you've already replaced the glow plug relay, I'm thinking you either have some bad glow plugs, or faulty wiring in the valve cover gaskets.

I'm still wondering why its running poorly, because it cant be the cam sensor, unless it was a bad one.
