Hey all I have a 99 f250 super duty 7.3l 4x4 that I'm working on
I'm plugging my scanner in to the OBD2 port and it seems like it's working but very limited info
When in live data mode it only gives me 3 parameters
map sensor
engine rpm
Vehicle speed
When I plug into my 02 with a 5.4 it gives me like 10 or 12 to
Look at
Is my 0bd2 messed up or am I not looking at this right
Maybe scanner not compatible with diesel?
Looking for any kind of direction
Thanks
Best is FORScan or FORScan Lite and the exact OBD reader they tell you to get.
The right tool for the job....
I have an innova scanner
I have been using it for years on a bunch of different vehicles with no problems
Now when I plugged into this particular one I'm not getting much
I got a friend that brought over an older snapon scanner and his couldn't read anything at all!
I may have to look into the whole forscan thing!
