Welcome to the forum, Rookie. You said the seller told you the truck runs and drives, but have you driven it? How did it run and drive to you? I'm assuming you would do that before making a decision. If he's telling you it runs and drives but you can't drive it, that would be a red flag. A pretty big one at that.
