Yes, I know it's not worth messing with. It was in the truck when I bought it. The problem is it only works far and between. The remote says N-C , I guess no CD, It has one in it, in the number one place, it's a 10 disc cd changer. It's the type you have to push the seek button to here the cd.
I have checked the fuses, checked out the main cable, and wiring. Looks ok, what else can I check, what about the Audio Adaptor, or the CD changer it self. Any suggestions???
Its prolly the unit itself
you could take it apart and rebuild it but it would still be a Koss,
when you figure in your time you're prolly better off to just replace it
How do you rebuild them and where would I find a kit. I'm not worried about my time, just the price of a good CD player. If I get that Koss to would with little money as possible I'll do that.
Thanks Chad.
they don't make kits, that was sorta a joke
if you're a good electronic technician you might be able to fix it, but I'd say these things are pretty disposable
You can try looking at KOSS's website to find a manual. But like what drunkenmonk said, it'd still be a KOSS.
on edit: This site kept the JAVA from comin up. Try goin to Koss's Main website and clicking the car stereo icon in the top right corner of the pop-up window.
