I have a 2016 3.5l Ecoboost, 6R80. Had the dash warning lights and the truck went into limp mode while my daughter was driving it. After a quarter mile or so, dash lights cleared and went back to running normal with normal expected shift points.

From internet sleuthing I'm pretty confident in the cause being the Molded lead frame in the transmission. I'm pretty confident in my ability to do the work myself, with as much as I've worked on my 7.3. Just curious about other experences on this fix and realistic time frame for a home shop. I don't have a lift, but plan on jacking up the truck to do the work. Not in a rush either, so I can take 2 evenings after work if needed.
