Hey All, con I use a 2021 6.5 as a replacement bed for my 2012?

You can, but it won't be a bolt on replacement, and it looks goofy.

Anything newer than 2016 F250 will be new design with Aluminum box which will need to have isolation washers and mounts. Better to find a 2011-2016 box which is direct replacement
