So, I was running through ideas on some stuff. I’m looking with my 01 250 7.3. Eventually sometime this year, going with a 17-19 front end, bed, and other stuff to do. Body lines I know are going to be an issue, but also the interior. What does everyone think, has it been done. I know it’s going to be a longgggg process, but I will have the time this winter.
I would honestly stick with 99-16 parts. They all bolt up reasonably easy. They sell brackets and swap pieces to make anything from 2016 fit them. I put 08-10 stuff on my 99. Full interior with 11-17 full console and cluster.

Love what you did to that truck, a little zf6 envy.

Tpayne, does that center console have vents for the rear seat area? How welll do they work? OP Sorry to hijack. I got my son a console like that one from a f150. I need to get some trim pieces and wasn’t sure if I should bother with the duct parts for it.

It does but being mine is a manual trans I had to cut the ducting out in the bottom to make room for the shifter to come thru. So they are not hooked up.
