03 f150 tachometer question

i have an 03 f150, it doesnt have a tach but i would like to put one in it. how would i go about it?

I believe that if you get a cluster with the tach, it will plug and play. The odometer will differ from unless you send it to Ford and have them install the correct mileage.

You can also change your speedometer to the new cluster and keep your mileage correct.
