You should see my old Dodge diesel fuel cap and inside the fuel door. DIESEL ONLY stickers are all over it. That was a preventative measure for an absent minded GF, and that was a very long time ago. And another fuel reminder was on the trans shift lever, AND a "wait to start". She was a jump in and go go go gas truck girl.
Penny hates to drive the ol Dodge, so no worries now days.
Evening folks, hope all is well with everyone. Did we all get thru the rain and storms ok? My hip is getting better, so I am back to working on the Bronco.

Morning all. It’s not quite 5am here but I’m awake. First day of the conference was great.
yesterday I got up and met a morning running group. First time I have run in months it felt great. That is until I got to the conference my groin was so sore. I could hardly walk after sitting. We will see how today goes.
my daughter is here with her family, her man is going to the conference as well. We went to Balboa park and walked around.
I put grass seed on my lawn last week and hadn’t seen any growth. I put more on before I left. We will see what it looks like when I return

Morning all,
Another fine day it looks like. Got a regular check up Dr Appointment at 10:45 so I better not get too involved in anything this morning.
I guess Joe is baskin in the sunny California sun.
Alan hope you got off OK and the Jack is headed to where ever.
ATCH Oh boy, another CPAP Guy! Ain't grow in old fun?
Well I guess we better get on about our walk.
Stay hydrated!

Morning, still plugging away at things 1 daybatva time. No storm damage for me but there was some tornado damage not that far away. Sat we got alot of packing done at mom's place as well as clearing off the shop racks & taking them down & on a trailer.
Sun afternoon I spent in the shop rearranging, cleaning (some) & unloading the racking.
Should've put these over here to start with. Walking across the shop get different tools got really old fast.
Managed to get this put up all by myself without incident
Set the clip back on the SB to save floor space, plus it just looks better... Had 1 friend was supposed to help me out but never showed, had to call a different friend to help with the rack in this pick, it's much heavier. Plan is to hopefully get stuff (dads leftover inventory & whetever else) put together in lots & try some online auction stuff. I can let the group here know what's in there when I get things set up in case there's anything interesting.

Made reservations for the woodward dream cruise today. 4 nights in beautiful detroit. Ok, clawson, about a couple miles from my daughters in royal oak. Think we will be hanging out a little north of 9 mile rd. Imagine that, hotel prices jumped over 30% the week before and after the cruise. Got to make sure I bring memory cards and batteries. This is for sure in the top 10 on my bucket list. Their lease is up next spring and they are moving north out of the big city, this was my best chance. It's about a 9 hour ride each way.

Evening folks, it was a long 10 hr work day for me, I cut stuff on the plasma table this am, ran the fork lift putting a chevy bed on a work truck after a repaint. Moved and cut up some metal on the big band saw for the trailer the welder is building.
Then I got to swap a rear bumper pintle hitch and adjust the height on a goose neck trailer (while it was hooked up to a truck). Then ended up running a grinder, and even doing some welding on the trailer too. I like when I get to have unlimited vertical welding practice. All that "mechanic" stuff is a long way from the plasma table easy street I am suppose to be cruising on. Lol
So come May tomorrow we all with move to here....the May thread link: https://www.ford-trucks.com/forums/1...bs-thread.html
