Air only through defrost

Air only through defrost

I have a 1999 f250 SD 6.8l Triton 5 speed
and the air only come through the defrost hot or cold because it has the gasoline engine it doesn't have a vacuum motor and I have Manuel hubs and I am under the understanding that the vents run off of vacuum so any advice would be nice

I figured it out there was a vacuum line disconnected near the heater lines that go into the cab a rat chewed through it

Welcome to FTE, and thanks for the follow up, lots of folks ask questions, get suggestions and then never return.
I had this issue on both my 02 Excursion and 02 F350, ended up pulling relays, been fine since.
