8 foot Stepside Bed

A seller is listing a 1964 F100 flareside/stepside bed. Will this bed bolt in as a replacement to my beat up 8 foot Wrong Bed?

need the experts to weigh in. Thanks. Tom

The 64 will be a 128” wheelbase. Your 4x4 should be a 120” wheelbase so the fenders will not line up. You can move the fenders but the steps will be to long. Might still be worth it though, just not a simple bolt it on an go option. Trying to find a bed for a 4x4 in the NE won’t be easy.

Thanks good info. Should have added that my 4x4 is a 65 but, it wouldn't matter.

funny thing… she listed it at 9PM. I saw it at 2:30 am and responded. Later that morning… it was sold to another person. Oh well.

so it goes in this business… win some lose some

thanks for the reply. Appreciate it!.
