DPF / OCR

I have a 2022 F250 Lariat. If I go to the dealership and ask them to turn on DPF / OCR command regeneration, will they? Or does it depend on the individual dealerships?

What did they charge? I can't imagine any more than an hour labor charge.

Some models they cant turn it on. I had to use Forscan to turn mine on.
