390 power steering help
Hello, looking for help finding the brackets for my power steering pump on my 390. Also looking for the correct pulley for the pump. I have brackets from a 351m . Would that work? Thanks

I doubt your 351m bracket will work... the end that the pump mounts to looks the same but how it mounts to the block/head is a lot different.
there are a few on ebay, but they are pricey. i doubt anyone makes a new factory style one.

if it were me, i'd look at the Borgeson conversion kits for a Saginaw pump. they are under 300 for the pump and the bracket.

2X on the recommendation to consider the Borgeson Saginaw pump conversion kit. I did that on my '76 F-150 FE and it fit perfectly. The Saginaw is so much more capable that it opens up the possibility of a HydroBoost power brake system as well. Of course this is a slippery slope because you'll then want to make sure that your power steering unit is up to snuff, a step that will likely require dealing with one of the two top re-man builders (Red or Blue Top). Linkage and joints to follow.
