Here's a good website with Bullnose wiring diagrams and troubleshooting info.

https://www.garysgaragemahal.com/wiring-diagrams.html

Even with the FIPL and E4OD you shouldn't need much to get that 7.3l to start. Good luck.

Transmission Computer and the harness which connects to the Vehicle speed sensor, transmission shift position sensor, throttle position sensor, baro sensor.

An Ignition switch for the fuel shut off solenoid, starter, and glow plug controller.

thanks olds i know the idi only really requires one maybe two wires to run but i dont know too much about the e40d i think on the passenger inner fender is the trans control module but im not too sure ill look at that and see what all can go and what will stay as for other stuff would it be easyer to keep the 79 cluster of retro fit the 91 cluster into the 79 dash?

Remove the computer behind the driver side wheel well and remove the wiring harness with it. Try to get as much as the harness out without cutting wires. You should only need to clip a few wires associated with power/ground/keep alive memory, overdrive light/switch, and speedo.
You'll need to wire in the 91's psom (programmable speedo/odo module) that's on the back of the instrument console. It converts the vss signal into something the trans computer can use.
