4r100 noise

4r100 noise
Hey everyone. Swapped out My tired e4od in my 96 f350 for a used 4r100.
I reused my (non pwm) pump and newer torque converter along with rebuilt solenoid pack. Got er back together, fired it up and I'm hearing the noise in the video, coming from torque converter inspection cover area
Sounds like if you took a ratchet and spun it super fast lol. When in gear (forward or reverse) the noise goes away completely. It's only on park or neutral.
I did have my pump apart to check the gears, then I aligned the halves and reassembled.
Not sure if the video attached correctly or not
Something else worth noting/asking even though it's obviously a little late... my e4od had the cast coast clutch, and the new 4r100 had the stamped steel clutch... was it okay to use my e4od pump with that clutch? I did a ton of searching before I did this swap and couldn't find one mention of this issue
