1997 E150 door hardware fixes
I've got a 97 E150, power locks, conversion van. the ... I think cables? have stretched or shifted enough that the outside door handles on the side and rear barn doors don't work.
I have no idea how to fix this, and everything I've found that shows fixes if for later series vans and broken outer door handles.
help?

The ferrules on the cables are plastic and fail after about 15 years. Buy a new cable or retrofit the ferrules on all rear doors.
