Possible Lead Frame issue?

Howdy all
2012 F150 4x4, turbo 3.5, 165k miles
I experienced an issue tonite where you put the truck in gear, and when you apply throttle it starts moving very slowly or not at all. Then when it does move it jerkily shifts up and down or stops responding. I did get the money light to come on when I was driving when I was limping it home as I was maybe 3 miles away.

Doing some looking around Im seeing one thing get repeated over and over, which is the "molded lead frame". Doesnt look like a hard fix, and I am certainly board with saving a bunch of money versus going to the dealership, I just want to be sure Im not buying parts that arent going to fix the issue.
Does anyone know what codes Im going to see if I if I plug a reader into it? I dont have an updated reader as my old one was lent and never returned, so I will have a new one from Amazon in a day or two. The OEM parts and trans fluid look to be maybe $400 if this is indeed the issue.

Thanks in advance

Edit: I did run the VN and notta shows up for recall stuff. I plan on calling the local Ford shop to ask about the issue though. They may not give me much, but it worth a shot.

I pulled some of the trouble shooting from this video:
