It's gone bonkers

I have an 05 f250 5.4 4x4. I know its not an f150 but engine is the same and f150 section seems to have more info on 3 valve 5.4. Truck will run fine and run well for a few minutes. After that truck will go into limp mode. Loses communication with all trans sensors and will stick the maf readings where they are at. Runs super rich wont shift. Key off key on truck is fine for a few minutes again. Will get codes from bad bank 1 knock sensor to bank 1 and 2 stuck lean. Also get the throttle correlation codes and sometimes a maf code. I have replaced the throttle body and tps. New maf sensor. Also installed a new ecu with was vin matched. Have good fuel pressure. No miss fires or anything. Will show high fuel trims from startup. Like 5 to 10 percent on lt and will bounce from 0 to 5 on st. When it freaks out it sticks the maf where it was and goes rich as heck. Will be fine if u key off and back on for a few minutes. I'm at a total loss with this. And I don't really know the history as I recently bought the truck. Thanks everyone for your time

Nothing is immediately coming to mind, but I would suggest posting all the codes you are getting.
You listed a few new parts.
They are all OEM & not aftermarket?
Replaced? - MAF, TPS, throttle body, ECU swap.

Any chance you can talk to the previous owner?
