Just look around on that site in the exhaust section. You can get a piece of 3.5" pipe and a couple of adapters, then take it to the muffler shop and have it welded up.
Or you could contact almost any of the folks that make systems for the PSD (do a search for exhaust on this site), most of them have muffler delete pipes already in kit form.
