Fish. Other people at the table wanted it. So I made it. It's good. I do eat it. I would rather have a burger. I crave the grease.
I grew up fishing and always ate the fish I caught. Not one of my favorites. I don't dislike it. But I would not choose it. If it were my choice, I would choose sashimi. Eat it raw. But sashimi grade fish is so expensive, that 1 meal would be as much as my entire week's groceries. I will settle for whatever is on ice at the local market.
Squash, onion, peppers. Plus wild mustard and cabbage. Some sort of fish from an Asian market. Fresh lemons from my brother-in-law's tree.

Heck if I could afford it, I would eat steak for dinner all the time. Or at least until I got tired of it. However, steak is a once or twice a year treat for me. I'm sure if I didn't have so much credit card debt I could make it a once a month treat, but still it is not an every night thing. I do like home made burgers better than dining out mainly because I can control what to add to them.

Will be done tomorrow. That is the word. I told him I need the truck back this month so I can renew the registration. Also need it for other things that I could do with the scooter but would take days to complete because of the distance. So, I should be picking it tomorrow. But as we all know by now, they have said that so many times I will believe it only when I am driving it off the property. I stopped making updates because, well, there were none to give except a different date it was promised to be done.

Happy Two trucks for Tuesday Nor-Cal! maybe, if I had two trucks, I could make one of them run... Wait, I HAD two trucks and am still trying to get one of them to run, or at least returned. It is a little early to go over now, so i will wait until after noon and see if they have made any progress on it.

No such luck. I was there three hours, and a mechanic worked on it a total of 10 minutes... Apparently someone got a wiring harness caught in a motor mount, so they are trying to free it. Of course they worked on every other vehicle but mine during those three hours except for that 10 minute period.

Steamed chicken. It's the simplest thing to make. I don't do anything, except put the chicken in a steamer. The meat will be tender and juicy. It will taste like whatever you want it to taste like. You can rub it with salt & pepper, and whatever you want. You can serve it with whatever sauce that you want. I chopped up some garlic & ginger, added some red pepper flakes and a little soy sauce. Then poured in hot oil. I had some spinach in the refrigerator, so I added spinach to the platter. You could add steamed veggies, or have it with a salad. It's completely up to you.
