Been 14 months since I started this project. With the help of this forum, avoiding Autozone and $1,500.00 in replacing good parts that got ruined, new tools and therapy, I'm almost at the end 👍 Hopefully I'll have it running this weekend and driving next week. I'll post another update when I get there. Tnx everyone 👍
I don’t know the details on your truck, what engine do you have? I noticed an electrical fuel pump on the inner fender. If you must use an electrical one, that’s the wrong place for it. Most all pumps are terrible at lifting or pulling fuel. They are great at pushing it. The pump should be lower than the tank and as close to it as possible. You are so close, I’d hate for you to end up fighting a fuel starvation issue and end up burning up your pump.
Thanks Ohmthis for the heads up. This is not mounted yet but it was located in this area when the 233 was in it. I never had trouble with the fuel, but I'll keep my eye on it 👍
