Dash Lights Too Dim Help Please

I replaced the headlight switch. Still super dim cluster lights. The ac/heat control light and the headlight/wiper light is bright enough. The cluster you can barely see any light. I dont really want to remove the blue caps and I know there is an issue somewhere causing the dim light. See the pic and video attached...

You recall what bulbs you used for h lamp/wiper back light and heater controls? My main dash with led looks like yours but I have not done the others yet.
