Looks normal for the rubber bushing. The u joint looks like it was lubed and has dirt residue on it, normal.

The rear sway bolt could probably use a turn or two but looks pretty normal otherwise along with the rest of suspension.

Doesn't look loose to me. Have the parts in the photos been worked on, is that why you are concerned with them not being properly torqued? I've seen front sway bar end link torque spec at 59 ftlb, the rear is probably the same. You could check it if it bothers you.

I seem to be hearing rattling when driving on rough pavement, but I’m hearing impaired, so I’m not 100% sure.

that front ball joint is a bit suspicious to me.
Jack that side up just enough so the wheel will spin.
Then use a pry bar under the wheel and liff it while watching the suspension and all the joints. All should be tight.
Will have to use someone to operate the pry bar so you can watch it all.
