I know of a set of 4 of these wheels that supposedly came off a 2004 Excursion. The guy who has them was planning to put them on his 2002 E350 2WD van but they don't fit. So he is either mistaken and they didn't come from a 2004 Ex or they did and the E350 vans are totally different than both the F350 trucks and the Excursions, can anyone shed some light? I can get them cheap but I don't want to get something that won't work on the 99-04 SD or Ex.
I posted to an older thread about the 2004 18" wheels that fit our trucks but afterwards I realized that it was in the Excursion forum, if anyone has a lot of knowledge on these please see the latest post (post #45) in this thread https://www.ford-trucks.com/forums/1...cursion-3.html@Y2KW57 ? Thanks

Reason: To add note.
The reason why the wheels didn't fit on the 2002 E-350 is due to Ford maintaining the bolt circle diameter of the E-Series at 8 x 165.1 mm (the traditional 8 x 6.5").
When Ford introduced the new Super Duty in 1998 for the 1999 model year, Ford changed the bolt circle diameter for the F-Series to 8 x 170 mm.
From 2005 forward, Ford changed the bolt circle diameter to F-350 DRW (and certain F-450s DRW pickups between 2011-2014) to 8 x 200 mm.
Be aware that the hub pilot diameters differ between applications as well.

Thanks! That sounds like they will work then (for a 2002 SD). He did also mention that the hub pilot was not correct for the van either.
