775004 = 1966 numerical series, November 1965 production
115 = 115 inch wheelbase
M = White
F101 = F100 4x2, 4,200 lbs GVWR

2 = Blue Vinyl
81 = Conventional Cab.
C = Ford three speed Light Duty manual transmission. Should be the all synchro "3.03" model
09 = Ford 9 inch rear axle, 3,300 lbs capacity, 3.70 ratio
4200 = 4,200 lbs GVWR
129 4000 = 129 certified net HP @ 4,000 RPM
21 = Atlanta District Sales Office
No special order, bought from dealer inventory.
