Suggestion for strut replacement. I have a stock 2016 F150 XLT 2.7 supercab 4x4. Time to replace both front struts and rear shocks.

Just glancing at Rock Auto it looks like you can get Monroe 73032 for the front and Monroe 911335 for the rear. I wouldn't bother with any other brand unless you get the Motorcraft struts.

FWIW, the dealer replaced my front struts at about 50k miles. It wasn't under the warranty, but I only had to pay $100 since I had an extended warranty.

FWIW, Its my mission to avoid the OEM struts and shocks altogether. Once I upgraded to Bilstein on one truck and Eibach on the other, I would never go back to OEM. Comfort and handling are dramatically better with aftermarket stuff IMHO.

The OEM are biased towards a cushy ride, and they wear out with 60k miles. I would recommend KYBs with fully assembled struts if you are going to do it yourself. I have EIbachs on mine, but I have a modified suspension too.

If you have a spring compressor I would look at Rancho 5000s for a good ride and Bilstein or Eibach for a firm ride.

If he wants a good ride I would look at the Bilstein 4600s.

Yep, another good choice. Thanks for bringing those up.
