My 2000 F-150 4x4 Ext Cab makes a popping noise when I apply my brakes slightly and when I drive at 5 mph or less from the front left hand side, also when braking front end bounces, I have changed Rotors and brakes I also just put on brand new tires all around, Greased everything that has a grease fitting, any Ideas?
Hi and welcome to FTE
How many miles are on it? I would suspect a worn front end component such as a ball joint, tierod end or control arm bushing.

I have 130000 miles on it and it has been a great truck never had any problems only thing I ever had go wrong was an alternator, I have been told it could either be a caliper or radious arm bushing it does it when you lightly apply the brakes when you apply the brakes harder it stops
My 2000 F-150 4X4 sometimes makes a popping sound whenever I pull up and stop. But it lasts just a few seconds, then disappears. It drove me crazy. It sounded like loose torque converter bolts, but they were all tight. It wouldn't last long enough to crawl under and see what it was.
Finally, one time I parked on a slight downgrade and heard the popping sound as I left the truck. I quick ducked under the truck to see what is was. It was air conditioner condensate! Water accumulates and drips out only when the truck decelerates to a stop. Then it drips on a hot exhaust pipe! Pop - pop - pop. Throw droplets of water on a red hot skillet and you'll hear the sound. It'll fake you out every time!
