What is fuel pressure?
Did you remove VC and check to see if oil is coming from base of injector? It should only come from the spout
this can cause a CCT issue whether or not the IDM is good/bad
i forgot to mention that this trucks motor is fully rebuilt. here’s my sig.
1997 f250 crew cab short bed, open rear diff 10.25 4.10, 372k miles on cab, 3k miles on new motor, old motor came out of truck at 367,960 miles.
MOTOR WORK: (magnifluxed, hot tanked, line honed, rotating assembly balanced, decked all surfaces, honed cylinders then bored .20 over, reman heads, new rod bearings, cam bearings, and main bearings, php lifter set, top and bottom end gasket overhall, new head bolts, new LPOP, topped off with a fresh coat of paint) MOTOR ACCESSORIES: new kc factory tp38 snail with ebpv delete, new up pipes, rebuilt fuel bowl and FPR

what do you mean spout of injector? i haven’t taken the valve cover off yet.

you also mentioned cleaning the pcm contacts and IDM contacts. this truck has never been chipped so PCM hasn’t been touched and the IDM contacts…? never heard of that. should they be “cleaned”?

IDM sits under the hood and gets quite a bit of moisture on it when it rains. Not a bad idea to spray some deoxit on the connector.

a failed injector oring can do similar and you seem to have multiple issues that are similar

until you rule things out, it can be an expensive guessing game

what I dont get is that they are "new" injectors that were remand and had new o rings. my guess is that upon installation an o ring could of gotten knicked, but then wouldnt there be oil in my fuel filter? my fuel filter is completely clean... but I will check my oil level later today to see for oil loss, even though I have been checking for a couple days now and everythings been normal. how much oil would I be losing?

top oring, if it leaks will leak back to pan at the base and not fire well when hot

middle oring allows oil to get into fuel when it fails and not fire well when hot, you will see black oil filter from this
