When I did the disc brake install on my ‘72, I went with an aftermarket master/booster set up because I thought I’d have vacuum issues.
The master was one of those generic Corvette styles. The booster was small diameter, dual diaphragm. The brakes were never great.
Today I went back to OEM style booster and master cylinder. World of difference. The brakes are finally right.
$45 core charge for the booster, if you don’t have an old one.
This set up is far superior to the brand new aftermarket crap I took off.
Yes these parts LOOK great !!!
They look so GOOD It makes me consider doing the conversion , something I definitely thought was not worth the Money or trouble , but your thread is has me wondering ....ha
