How exactly is it possible to win anything here? We all have ages, we can't change that, so why regard being at one age or another to be winning anything. The relevance of winning this poll could only be determined by every member of the Board voting on it. Not just the very few who ever respond to them. At most, there will be 200 votes, which represents a very small proportion of the members, so is not at all relevant to the supposed subject of one age or another being better, more prolific or worse than another..

i htink you should have put individual ages, and created 20 seperate poll threads to cover all the ages members are likely to be.
