I have a 2002 ford f150 lariat edition, it has been making this high pitched chirping/squeaking this past month; it only ever starts up when I give the truck gas, it’ll make a loud repetitive chirp/squeal when I give gas but if I let off and let it slowly idle the noise will die down back to silence. I’d appreciate it to hear any feedback or guesses y’all could muster up

Vacuum leak or worn belt/tensioner. Accessory pulley bearing, idler pulley bearing. Hard to say. Need to look at it to be sure.
Remove the belt and start the engine. It will be fine for a minute or two. If the noise goes away, it's belt-related. If it doesn't it's something else. Spin the various pulleys by hand, you might find the bad one. You can feel it.
