EEC-iv transistor identification
I have a 1988 F-250 7.5L two wheel drive. I need to change the ECM transistor but I cannot identify what it is. It is just below the two Tantalum capacitors in the photo. The lettering is,
27S5
9CS9
330J

What part are you referring to in that pic? Is it one of the 3-pin devices along the left and right edge?

Its the smallest transistor on the board, located about an inch to the right from the top of the main CPU.
